Responsibilities:
• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Work with outside data sources and APIs
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Requirements:
• Degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or similar.
• Proficiency in Java and Kotlin.
• Ability to use the Android Studio and Android SDKs with ease, including but not limited to 3rd party payment & map APIs.
• Development experience with hybrid platforms like react native, Ionic etc. will be a plus, but not mandatory.
• Working experience with QA tools & API testing tools.
• Prior experience as an Android Developer is mandatory.
• Excellent coding and proofreading skills.
• Top-notch teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to manage your workload with minimal supervision
