To identify, plan & execute commercial leasing of groups various commercial / IT / Retail properties.
– Formulate, develop and implement leasing strategies of assigned properties .
– Maximize revenue & achieve optimum occupancy level for the groups various commercial / IT / Retail properties, through an effective leasing strategy designed to achieve the right tenant mix
– Channel development and networking with financially strong and reliable channel partners and acquiring new lines of business
– Conversant with terms and conditions for the leasing and selling.
– Drafting and Negotiating the Lease Agreement & closure of same by registering before commencement
– Developing location specific agreement drafts (Letter of Intent, Lease Deed or Leave & License, etc).
– Conversant with IT Tech Park related leasing work.
– Co-ordinate with various departments viz. Legal, Planning and Civil Engineering for timely execution of leasing of malls & other commercial properties review, negotiate
– Should have knowledge of Build to Suit (BTS) of the IT Buildings.
– keeping Brand mix & category mix profitable for achieving the targeted rentals
– Conduct inspections & ensured physical facilities are kept in optimal condition by implementation of various essential preventive maintenance programmes
– Events agencies tie ups and preparation of events & promotions calendar.
– Conceptualizing Marketing & advertising plan along with Brand building strategy & action plan.
